The consultation is critical to understanding the root cause of your problem. We believe , keeping it free will allow more people to know their real issue. This would ensure that the correct treatment is delivered & doctors don’t just treat the the symptoms.

We can facilitate visit of a physiotherapist to your home anywhere in the UK. However, to understand if home care is the right form of treatment for your condition & which physiotherapist will be the correct fit, we need to do an initial consultation.

You will need to be prepared with the following requirements before the consultation starts:

1. Share relevant medical documents & test reports on Whatsapp / Email
2. Link for the session will be shared via WhatsApp 15 minutes before the consultation
3. Ensure good audio-video quality & stable internet connection on your mobile or laptop
4. Sit in a silent place with open space around (4ft x 4ft)

The consultation has 3 parts:

History: The physiotherapist notes the detailed history of your pain, what increases & reduces it.
Clinical Examination: In this part, you will be asked to do specific movements. These are standard tests taught in medical school that help the physiotherapist identify the specific cause of pain - the muscle/ligament/nerve which is causing the issue.
Diagnostics: If you have any blood reports or scans, the physiotherapist will co-relate the findings in history & clinical examination to come up with a diagnosis. While these three parts help in coming up with a diagnosis, they also help the physiotherapist create a personalised treatment plan that is most effective for you.

The initial consultation will happen in the comfort of your home. It is important that you are in a quite room and appropriately dressed for our physiotherapists to carry out the consultation thoroughly.
